What we offer

We are a family team offering unique tours and travel adventures to the discerning traveller. Each departure in our program is carefully researched and we accompany all our scheduled adventures.

There are many great adventures that we would love to share with you in places such as Nepal, Bhutan, India or Tibet. Sometimes we will be trekking, other times it may be private vehicle touring to see the ‘hidden gems’ of a country.

Group sizes are kept small for a personalised adventure. The local guides we use are well trained. Extra attention is given to providing hygienically prepared meals & carefully orchestrated itineraries.

Our aim is to seek out unique experiences in the places we visit.

Who are we

Both of us are experienced adventure guides & passionate travellers who love to share our discoveries with like minded people. For nine years we worked for numerous adventure travel companies, such as World Expeditions & Wilderness Expeditions.

Countries we have worked in include Nepal, India, Thailand, Antarctica, Brazil, China, Europe, Japan, Canada & Egypt. We feel at home travelling, & endeavour to make our adventures comfortable for those participating.

What do we have for 2012 & 2013

A Luxury Lodge trek, a tour of Bhutan & an overland trip through Tibet have just been completed in March to May 2012, we all had a great time and are looking forward to the next season in Nepal & Bhutan. In the Nepal autumn 2012 we will run a Tsum Valley Explorer starting in mid October. Followed by a combined 12 day Trek & Tour of Bhutan in November.

In 2013 we will relist our current treks and offer several new trips in our program. A unique chauffeured vehicle tour of Rajasthan & Northern India, and a special non-trekking tour of Nepal which includes the stunning lower Mustang area. The trek to Everest Base Camp that we ran in 2011 will be listed again for April 2013, immediately followed by an overland trip through Tibet from Lhasa to Kathmandu. Photography & Art

We understand that visual arts like photography can be important to many travellers. On our journeys we can cater to your artistic needs in a number of ways. Most of our itineraries have a casual pace so there is plenty of time to take in the scenery, or in your case capture it on canvas, film or digital media. On our treks we aim to arrive at our destination early and this frees up the afternoon for savouring your surroundings. If you want to be there at sunrise or sunset then a staff member can assist. Got some heavy camera or artist gear, such as a easel ? Then we can help you organise your own personal porter or assistant to be there ready for that special moment. Everything is possible !

Our program is not advertised in the general media. If you are interested in one or more of our trips, provide us with your email address, and we will send you more details. Portfolios of information are available for each of the scheduled trips. Please peruse our web site for the preliminary information, & then ask for a trip package that we can email to you in PDF format.

All bookings and final travel arrangements will be handled by a fully licensed NSW Travel Agent based in Sydney. Please direct all your initial enquiries to us. Once you have all the information, are happy with it and ready to book, then we will direct you to Judy who will deal with all the financial matters.
